The thermostat control dial is infinitely adjustable for temperatures of up to 300 C/570 F
The tool iron is Teflon coated to make it also suitable for Butt Fusion applications
The tool can be used with standard heater adapters sizes of up to and including 4" IPS or 150mm
Heater adapters are manufactured in accordance with ASTM F 1056 and are coated with stick resistant material
PIPEFUSER TK-206 carries a two-year limited warranty
NOTE: Tool equally suitable for PE as well as PP pipe such as Niron, Orion, Aquatherm and IPEX
The tool comes with Insulated Heater Bag, GTT-YT-1, woven from glass fiber reinforced Nylon material that can withstand flame-free temperatures of up to 750 F. Has glass wool inner layer for flexibility. Also useful to keep contaminants off heater adapters. Designed to hold various equipment sizes. Dimensions 12” x 8” x 3”
